When you sign in with a magic link, the sign-in token is stored against your contact record in ActiveCampaign and the email is sent through it), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payment processing for our paid engagements and memberships, which are billed by invoice — our free online tools do not collect payment details), and Google Analytics (site and tool usage analytics, including custom events recording how our tools are used). Data you provide during a paid consulting engagement or advisory membership is governed by your signed agreement, which lists the subprocessors used for that work.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset.
